Food historian and ethnologist
A lecturer at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw at the postgraduate programme in Food Studies. She is a historian, ethnologist, and museologist working in The Museum of Torun Gingerbread. She specializes in anthropology and food history. The author of the book „Kucharz doskonaly. Historyczno-kulturowy fenomen kuchni staropolskiej” on the phenomenon of Old Polish cuisine. She runs a culinary and ethnological blog Prowicja od Kuchni, and leads Slow Food Kujawsko-Pomorskie.
