Aytunc was born and raised in İzmir. At the age of 20 he founded the 1888, a legendary cocktail club in İzmir. He is also the co-founder of Kepler Family, which consist of 3 cocktail bars and provides business solutions for events. Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, he is the current Director of the Urla Jazz and Sun Jazz Festival, consultant, market gardener, cocktail geek.
