Eric Archambeau, Founding Partner of Astanor Ventures, is a former Silicon Valley entrepreneur turned venture capitalist now focusing on technology-enabled sustainable agriculture and food investments. Notable investments include La Ruche qui dit Oui (aka Food Assembly) - a direct local food distribution system for sustainable farm producers; Infarm - an indoor farming Berlin based company specialized on micro-herbs and Ynsect, a large-scale insect production company for the pet food and aquaculture markets.

Eric is also a founding investor and board member of Soil Capital, a pioneering land management and investment firm committed to scaling and sustaining regenerative agriculture through market-based solutions. Since 2015, Eric has been serving as Global Chairman of the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation.
