Food Professional
For the last 20 years I’m working as a freelance food, wine and travel writer/journalist, restaurant consultant and gourmet festivals organizer (currently program director for Weekend Food Festival, an international food festival in Croatia), and in that time, I never stopped educating myself. I retrained for a chef, a pastry chef and a sommelier. I also attended cooking workshops in Paris and completed several courses: World of Wine, From Grape to Glass – University of Adelaide, Introduction to Food and Health – Stanford University, The Science of Gastronomy – The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, #2 Bake Artisan Sourdough Bread Like a Professional Course by Teresa L. Greenway. My articles about food, wine and travel have been published in many local and international magazines and web portals. I also held a sourdough bread workshops for amateurs and professionals, wine workshops and educations, and I regularly work as a consultant for several Croatian and Slovenian Michelin star restaurants and luxury hotels.
