Founder of Polish Thursday Dinners, a project Julia started in 2013 with an aim of promoting Polish culture abroad, Julia gathers guests from around the world at her table, mixing fine dining with culture and networking. Julia is a strong advocate of the “New Polish” cultural movement of and co-operates with many international chefs, artists, designers and creatives all around the world. In her quest to promote Polish
talent she has worked with Aleksander Baron, Maciej Nowicki, Michal Gnilka, Flavia Borawska, Wit Szychowski and others, inviting them into some of Berlin’s best restaurants to share their cooking.
