LUKASZ MODELSKI 

Art historian, medievalist and gourmand

Lukasz is the author of culinary books Piaty smak and Kuchnia na plebanii as well as an editor, journalist and columnist at wine magazine Czas wina. For over five years he has been hosting a talk radio show called Droga przez make at Radio Dwójka - a show which explores the links between literature and cuisine.

Lukasz is an Occitan at heart and a keen fan of Languedoc wines although he prefers to drink them somewhere else.
