After graduating from the economic department of Izmir Economic University, Mehmet Özgü Manisali started his business experience by introducing world class healthcare (Abbott, Phillips) into Turkey.

Inspired by family roots in the Aegean, he began producing EVOO in 2010. He gradually expanded into traditional vinegars, cheeses, organic farming and many other items. Over time he won 94 international awards. He serves as an international judge for Extra Virgin Olive Oil competitions.
