Sabahnur started her career as a business journalist, editor, managing editor and general coordinator of a publication group. After journalism she worked as the general manager of Turkish Clothing Manufacturers’ Association, an electronic trade company KOTONLINE, Turkish Council for Shopping Centres and Retailers, Food Retailers Association Chain Retailers Association. Throughout her career she worked in lobbying at national and international levels in Ankara, Brussels, London, Paris, Milan, New York , Washington and Asia Pacific Countries like Japan, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines. She has represented the Turkish industries she has been working for in Europe, American, Asian and other international trade institutions like IAF, Euratex, ICSC, Eurocommerce, FAPRA and NFA. Since 2015 she is a partner of IPE Cultura working in the field of cultural and creative industries. In 2018 Cultura organized the distinguished Global Gastroeconomy Summit in Istanbul, Turkey which was a turning point for the culinary industry.
