Tolga Kamiloğluwas born in Izmir in 1981. After completing a culinary education in ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italianain Parma, Italy, he went on to work in two different michelin starred restaurants in Reggio Nell’Emilia and Milano. When came back to Turkey, he worked in Martı Hotel İstanbul’s a la carte French restaurant and banquet kitchen, Richmond Hotel Taksim followed by Wolfgang Puck/Spago Restaurant İstanbul. For 6 years he has been the coordinator and instructor chef in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department at İzmir University of Economics. He also does work in consultancy in gastronomy.
