President of Management Board of Foundation „Food Think Tank” with seat in Wroclaw. Winner of (among others) „30 Kreatywnych Wroclawia 2015” and „Rookie Roku 2013”. For 22 years associated with gastronomy.
Creator and co-creator of culinary and artistic projects on an international scale, e.g. „Miedzy ląką a lasem” (2013), „Ziemia i woda” (2014), „Las Instalacja” (2014), „Digesting History” (co-opearted with Goethe-Institut, Dessau Institue of Architecture and Centrum Sztuki Wro, 2016), „Korzen. Studium przypadku” (2017), „Grzybobranie im. Johna Cage'a” (co-opearted with Fundacja h/2 and Wro Art Center, Czerwony Dworek, 2017), „Datering” (co-operated with Lidia Grabe, Studio BWA Wroclaw, 2018).
Producer of a film about polish gastronomy „Korzen” (premiere in PL - June 2016, premiere in USA - June 2017). Creator of two exhibitions: „Ziemia i woda” (BWA Dizajn Wroclaw, 2014), „Migrant. Food Language” (CC Design Studio, Isfahan, Iran, 2017). In his activity he follows the sentence: “The more you give, the more you get”.
