Gamze İneceli is an İstanbul based food cultures researcher specializing in Anatolian food studies. Brand consultant, ex-restaurateur and food writer, she curates international food projects and symposiums around the globe.
She is a trustee and a member of the organization committee for the Oxford Symposium on Food and Cookery. She is also on the project team and a writer of the Turkish Food Guide "İncili Gastronomi Rehberi'.
Gamze co-founded Cook the Farm Turkey, an affiliation of the Sicilian based "Cook the Farm" project designed to connect seed, soil and farming with today’s professional kitchens and aims to introduce young chefs to anthropology and agriculture....
